Mike and his team are great. They replaced our decks, refinished and painted our kitchen cabinets, installed a backsplash, and installed bathroom floor tile, along with some other tasks. Prices are fair and they are a professional team you won't mind having in your home. Happy to recommend!

Unlike most home repair companies, actually willing to do small to medium size home repairs. Excellent work, professional, and reasonably priced. Also provided advice on what other home repairs might be needed.

We had them do our roof and siding. They did a great job. The pricing was affordable also. We needed a little fixing done on the siding and Mike came right over and fixed it for us. Customer service is always right on point. They are very friendly and always are willing to answer any questions you may have. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their homes.

Put up 2 composite porches in a day and a half. Came out very nicely. Mike communicated with me throughout the build with questions and suggestions to make sure we were on the same page.

Very pleased with my experience. I had the gutters repaired for my business in a timely manner, and I was very happy with the price I paid for it.

This is my corrected rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Working with CNY Commercial & Residential Construction Inc. company has been an eye-opening experience. I’ve been in business in Syracuse for 48 years and I’ve never worked with an owner (whose name is Mike) of any company that has had the professionalism, the experience, the knowledge, and the 100% ultimate caring of what my needs were. Mike has assembled a great crew that exemplifies his work ethic and commitment to excellence. Additionally, the lady at the office was warm, friendly and sent over the quote and other information that I had asked for very promptly. Lastly, we just contracted with them again to do another job and we will be getting more quotes from them in the near future.

Had a quick response from Toni to schedule a free estimate. Once contract was reviewed and signed, they scheduled a date within two weeks. Their team worked efficiently while taking their time to be sure the details were aligned with my vision of our basement renovations. Recommended to family and friends.
